The Mystic Society of Rocky Horror celebrates the Rocky Horror Picture Show every Mardi Gras in Mobile, Alabama with a marathon at the Crescent Theater. Founded in 2009, our name comes from Mardi Gras Mystic Societys (also known as a Krewes) which convene during the Mardi Gras season. Our organization shows the film following the parades (which are less than one block from the theater). We also have showing during the summer and Halloween. As this is a normal movie theater and room does not permit, we do not have a full cast performing but instead focus on call backs, props and screen/audience interaction. Our next marathon will start February 17th and run every night until Fat Tuesday, Feburary 21st, 2012. Labiis Fidimus! (In lips we trust)
