Basically, this is the updated version of the RHPS FAQ v3.9z expanded to WWW format, with a bunch of spiffy extras thrown in. If you'd like a copy, you can request the ASCII version by sending an e-mail request to Larry at larryv@nominex.com. Why you'd want to go to the trouble is beyond us, as the ASCII version hasn't been updated since 1997. We don't even post it to the newsgroups any more. But suit yourself!
